We live in Florida and decided this little BIG guy would give us a whole house generator. We love the option of Gas or Propane. It was easy to put together and prep it for the hurricane season. The quality of the generator, I mean, I say more it's a Westinghouse, duh! Start time is on point, and uh, hello, it literally comes with a key fob. Noise level is oh so much better than our old generator from 20 years ago. The features are perfect, and the power it puts out is amazing.

Arrived on time and great packaging. Works great. For camping or in case of an emergency power outage. Love that it works on both propane, natural gas, and gasoline. It started right up on propane. Little easy assembly by putting on wheels.

Minimal assembly required. All lines included to connect propane, and natural gas if you choose to go that way, a starter quart of the right oil with a handy little funnel for the 4 stroke engine if you’re burning gasoline. Good documentation. Not bad to move once the wheels are on. Has 120 and 240 outputs including one designed for being wired into your homes electrical system so it fires up automatically in a power outage. Don’t do that yourself though has to be done right to keep from killing the guys trying to get your power back on. Let’s not zap em off the poles! Several regular outlets and USB ports to run extension cords or charge items if you’re not installing it or are using it as a job site power source. Excellent generator, lots of nice features. Including a remote start fob that could be really handy if you did not install it as home backup but you’ve prepped for a storm and don’t want to actually go out in it to kick it over when the power goes out. Would buy again.

The setup went perfectly with the instructions, and I successfully conducted the break-in period with both propane and natural gas. The generator powered all the 120-volt tools and appliances I plugged in perfectly during this break-in period.

Easy to assemble and started right up. Just had to put the wheels on it and the rubber feet on the front. Heavy-duty and appears well-made. Comes with a key fob to start, a propane hose, a battery charger, oil, and a funnel. All you need to do is put gas in it, and it will run. Not too noisy compared to my old generator, which was much smaller. Highly recommend.

This is my second purchase. Awesome product. The first one I have used every day for 10 months. Used with solar panels, I run my home office. Off the grid, I have no fear of lightning strikes or power outages to interrupt my business. Took camping and ran all my sound equipment. Love it !!

This Jackery is a must for any camping trip. The Jackery has a handle for easy carrying and not too heavy. It charges multiple devices at once with a variety of ports. Great alternative to a battery/converter set up. Great price for it's versatility. It lasts 2-6 days depending on what your using it for. It charges in an about an hour.

Works great! Compact and easy to use. Ran 2 refrigerators and 2 chest freezers along with some small stuff for 4 hours (went to zero). The only complaint is how small and dim the screen is. Also the price, I would expect technology to be better so that the price would be lower. The next unit up should actually cost the amount that I paid for this one. The solar panels look very well made and ready for rugged use. I have not used them yet.

I was fortunate to have purchased it and the carrying bag for 41% off, and compared to the other well-made generators I researched, I feel the buy was an excellent choice. At first, I thought $50 for the carrying bag was a bit much, but after receiving it, I'm very impressed with how well and thought-out the bag is, so I am very satisfied

Very well built. Compact power house. Will run a 42" TV and a Starlink for hours. A must-have for power outages. Fast charging even with the solar panels. The ability to monitor and adjust the unit with Bluetooth is a nice feature. I have owned other units in the past, but none as good as the Jackery 1000 v2. Good purchase.
