The Millermatic® 350P Autobody Aluminum Repair MIG Welder System is specifically optimized to meet the demands of thin gauge aluminum auto repair. The 350P Autobody Aluminum Repair System features a built in low-end aluminum pulse welding program along with a pulse welding program that allows for the pulse welding of high strength steel using silicon bronze MIG welding wire. Pulsing .035 Silicon bronze wire can be accomplished with the Millermatic 350P by setting the welder to the .035 steel pulse program and using 100% argon shielding gas.
This 350P Aluminum Repair Welder System complies with the welding machine standards set by Ford and the Assured Performance Network, which is the official third-party administrator for the Ford National Body Shop Program. This basic requirement is a 230V Pulse MIG Welder dedicated for aluminum. The system is also shipped with a spool of premium Hobart .047 5554 aluminum MIG welding wire.

I wasn't expecting much from this little welder. But honestly, it’s the best compact welder I have owned! Works flawlessly. And I can run it off my inverter generator. So now I have a compact, reliable welder that I can use in the field. I rate it a 10/10

A well-made product. I'm an experienced welder and needed a small, very portable unit. This welder came with quality components, works well as advertised. Able to do good stainless steel sheet metal welding, good beads, plenty of power for up to 1/8" welding rod.

Lightweight if you are a novice like me, it will take a while for you to get used to it, but it works well. The price is reasonable, and it is very functional. It is pretty small, looks big in the photo, almost 9 in in length and three and a half inches in width
