Precisely what we need!!!

The fundamental tracking is perfect. What makes GPS Track-it so valuable to us are all of the features and functions. We are able to include our clients phone numbers right in the landmark titles so if we need to call a client the number is right there. The route creation and prioritisation has greatly improved our efficiency. The service is stellar. Incredibly responsive...every time.

It could be better.

This is an amazing tracker and the app as well. The only problem I had was at the time I did not know how to operate it. After speaking to customer support I haven’t had one problem. I can see every where my son’s car is, the time and location. I did not believe in the app until I gave it a try and it was all well worth it. The battery life is awesome, I have had the tracker inside the car for three days before I had to put it on the charger again and it still had 25% of battery life let when I decided to charge it.

Bulky but reliable

The GPS is bulky but worth it. The subscription service during set up is expensive but is well worth it for its usefulness. It’s about the size of 1.5"x4"x3". Battery life is wonderful and be careful not to place near metal.

GREAT customer service!

Alarms don't really work. They're annoying and people ignore them. This tracking device seems like the best, reasonably priced option to protect your vehicle. Set up your GPS fence and you recieve a text and email or both when it leaves the area. Simple. Long battery life and terrific precision makes this an invaluable tool to locate anythin the tracker is attached to.

Great GPS. Great price

I just purchased a new vehicle and wanted protection in the event of theft. I had something from another company 10 years ago but this is superior in almost every other way, especially the battery life. I think it's been about two weeks since I received and charged it. I drive at least an hour daily Monday through Friday and have taken a 7-hour road trip. Even with it set to ping every two minutes while the car is moving, the battery is at 89%. I'm extremely impressed because the previous model needed a charge every two or three days. Very inconvenient as I was using it in an unfaithful mate's vehicle and was once caught as I was trying to sneak it back in after a charge.

Provides freedom to my elderly mom....

My sister takes care of my mom who has mentally bad days.. At 75, she is very fit and loves to walk, but the reality is she struggles mentally. Although most days there is never an issue, there are times when we would get concerned when she wants to go for a walk.. My sister would freak out if she would be gone too long and we don't have a clue where she is. My mom does not use a cell phone and would not really do well with it.... We have only had this device for 2 days and I can't believe how much relief it has provided... We "tracked" mom and found out she likes to get breakfast at a local place along the beach.. sits there for over an hour.. Then walks to 7-11 for who knows what she buys.... Just knowing my sister is not stressing is a huge relief to me.....

Simple, handy way to keep track of my camper

I receive a daily "check in" and a notification if the trailer is moving, every five minutes. The daily check in includes the GPS coordinates, the battery charge % and the temperature of the tracker, which is the same as the ambient temperature within the camper. Battery charge was an initial concern but I found my tracker consumed 9% of battery in two weeks, which translates to approx. 22 weeks of battery life.

Great battery life very accurate. Customer service is great

Installed a month ago and it has been doing a great job tracking. Software is fairly easy to use. You do have to have the subscription. Accuracy of final parking spot of what you are tracking increases the more often you ping; but, that does reduce battery life although battery life is doing great. Battery will depend on how much the tracker is moving obviously but so far on about 5 minute intervals we have not gone below 80% in a month.

Amazing Product

LOOK NO FURTHER!

VERY PROMPT AND HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !

TRUE wireless security cams.

I got this to spy on what is under my house. (Discovered by these cameras that it is an opossum!) I got video of it... and the cat that got caught in our humane trap under there.

Battery life

I am very impressed with the battery life of these small cameras! Keep in mind battery life will be different depending on your camera settings but for mine, these run for months before I have to recharge

A decent system - Biggest plus is ease of install

I wanted to put in an easy outdoor camera system that was affordable. And this multi-camera system fit the bill when it was on sale! I have mixed emotions about the entire system. The devices themselves are great. But for every feature I like about the system, there is a system/application limitation that I don't like.

Busted

I like the cameras. They are very clear except for at night. I probably need to add more lighting to certain areas around the exterior of my house. Also wish they would make rotating cameras to capture more areas. But overall, I am very pleased.

Good for recording near distances

This product provides video quality of 1080p. Its a good product for monitoring near distances. Great in terms of being wireless and battery life. But if you are interested in monitoring far distances capturing better picture quality, this might not be a right fit for you.

It's a very high quality product!

I loved the excellent quality and high resolution that these cameras provide me. There's such clarity pictures even in snow, rain, colors in the skies. Simply gorgeous clarity in the videos they make. I like the way the clips of videos can be arranged by the owner. These are truly fantastic photos of nature or even people knocking on your door.

Patient, kind, knowledgeable and all around easy to work with

I'm not sure where to leave my review but I wanted to share some feedback on the support person who helped me. I hope there is only one Mark so you know who I am referring to. He was a godsend. So patient, kind, knowledgeable and all around easy to work with. We have a restaurant and our set up was installed by the previous owners, so it is old. We had to do a complete server rebuild and Mark helped to get us reconnected with our cameras and the Alibi Witness SW.
